A new celebration of Hong Kong’s culinary spirit has begun, framed by the city’s iconic harbour.

Last night, Little Bao and Regent Hong Kong came together beneath an open sky on The Terrace, where playful spontaneity met refined mastery and Dom Pérignon White Luminous Vintage 2015 accompanied the shimmer of Victoria Harbour.

From 2–31 October, Regent Hong Kong welcomes Chef and Founder of Little Bao, May Chow, for an exclusive collaboration with Executive Chef Calvin Choi at The Lobby Lounge.

Little Bao’s iconic steamed buns are reimagined for Regent Hong Kong, where East meets West, spontaneity finds precision, and playful flavours reveal unexpected depth.

Paired with Dom Pérignon White Luminous Vintage 2015 and the sweeping shimmer of Victoria Harbour, it is a new way to savour the city.

Last evening, Regent Hong Kong unveiled The Terrace with an intimate Italian Riviera-inspired soirée, bringing a sun-warmed Mediterranean spirit to Victoria Harbour.

Against the city’s glittering skyline, guests discovered the defining harmony of the new space: polished indoor sophistication flowing into an open-air allure. From the gentle rhythm of aperitivo to the ease of alfresco conversation, the evening offered a first glimpse of a setting created for occasions that matter.

Thank you to all who joined us in celebrating this new chapter.

昨夜，香港麗晶酒店以意式海岸風情主題活動，為麗幕 The Terrace 輕啟序幕，將地中海的悠然氣息帶到維港之畔。
