From the silence of the overnight hide, you begin to realise the savanna never truly sleeps, it simply changes rhythm. In the middle of the night, this serval stepped carefully into the glow of the waterhole, completely focused, graceful, and almost ghostlike against the darkness.

Fun fact: Servals are among the most successful hunters in Africa, with a hunting success rate of around 50%, making them even more efficient than lions. Built for precision, their long legs, oversized ears, and lightning fast reflexes make them exceptional nocturnal hunters.
