Another relaxing week enjoying the pool, beach clubs & restaurants.
Plus a few villa jobs making sure everything is ok for our summer guests and planning a new kitchen that will be ready for 2027.

Unusually, Villa Sovalye is available 30 July - 15 August and 22 Aug - 11 Sept and flight prices are looking pretty good, especially with SunExpress. The villa has 3 double ensuite bedrooms, amazing views including from the large roof terrace and a private pool. It is located in a quiet area of Ortalaan a 10 minute walk from the town centre.

Situated by the sea, this villa is within a 15-minute walk of Kalkan Bazaar, Kalkan Yacht Marine and Kalkan Public Beach. Kaputas Beach and Hadrian's Granary are also within 9 miles (15 km).

Lovely day out today re-visiting Saklikent Gorge and visiting the beautiful Gizlikent waterfall.

A quick visit to get organised for the new season. Rental permit application done on day 1 so we could enjoy the pool (heated to a glorious 30 degrees) and treat ourselves to a Turkish breakfast at Seaport and a delicious dinner at Trio. Back to work tomorrow! With Alex Brown

A lovely week at Villa Sovalye, Kalkan re-visiting our favourite spots and finding some new ones. Tried our first boat trip - a brilliant day with the Moby Dick crew.
