Cooler days, hungry walleyes and some of our favorite fishing of the season are ahead. If you’ve been looking for an excuse to sneak in one more trip before winter, this might be it!
🏡 We still have cabin availability into October—including TWO Waterfront Cabins that just opened up for MEA Weekend, October 15–18!
Grab the family, bring the fishing buddies, and make a long weekend of it.🍁

🍂 There’s just something about Fall Fishing…Crisp mornings... a little fog... the crowds start to thin... AND there’s still plenty of great fishing ahead!

If you’ve been thinking about sneaking in one more fishing trip before ice season, this is your sign. 🍁🎣

🎣 NOW THAT’S A STURGEON! 🎣
Congratulations to Stephan O’Brien on a new personal best — a whopping 62½-inch Sturgeon! 🙌

📸 Catch. Photo. Release. What an incredible fish! Sturgeon season runs through Sept 30th, so there’s still plenty of time to chase one of these prehistoric giants. Who’s ready to try for a personal best of their own? 😎

🎣 THIS is what a good day on Lake of the Woods looks like!

Plenty of walleyes, beautiful slot fish, lots of smiles…and apparently enough action to completely wear out a couple of fishermen. 😂 Don’t let the end of August fool you…the fishing is still going strong!

🎣 Take the time. Take the trip. Make the memories.
