Attention all seasonal Campers

 For no reason at this point fourth should the gate ever be left wide open the only way that it should be ever left open is if myself Randy or the owners are there all Campers must open it to enter and close it behind them and reopen it before you exit please do not leave the gate open for any reason whatsoever for any extent of time this campground is closed so therefore the gate needs to be closed

Starting after next week, I will be only available after 4 PM Monday through Friday

Please be sure to leave a message if you call or leave me a text and I will get it when I get home from work

If you happen to be at the Campground Ground and you see things that are out of place
a large amount of tree limbs down or a.k.a. canopy upside down please be sure to reach out to me and let me know what you see and a site number

I know there was people at camp on Sunday and Monday and nobody happened to notice that my gazebo was flipped upside down against my camper wasn’t until late Monday that I got a phone call letting me know that my gazebo was destroyed if you were going to (Camp) please do a courtesy and drive the whole Campground and check on everything to let me know as I am not there daily at this point I’m only up once a week if not every other week until I get a set schedule with this new job I’m not sure how often I will be at camp so if you are going to (Camp) please do yourself and your fellow Campers and myself a favor and check everybody’s campsite for large issues or things that look out of place as when I got there Monday I wasn’t the only one that had some damage so if I was not called, I would’ve had a camper that could’ve had water leaking into his camper because there was a tree that damaged his roof so please look around as you are pulling in and out
lock the gate when you enter and when you Exit

I cannot wait to see many of you in the spring.
I hope you all have a good winter and I am still always around. If you need me for anything call text or email me. I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Seasonals please make sure that all your payments are being made for the 2027 season

I would like to have everybody taken care of by next weekend as far as payment or paying in full. Please reach out and let me know how you’d like to handle this. I can do a payment over the phone. You can call 717-7273121 for over the phone payments next week. I will be available a little bit throughout the day. I will post times on Sunday or what days and times I will be open the week after that we will have to go to evenings as I start my second job.

Attention all Campers seasonal and weekend just to clarify the campground is officially closed. There is no running water and no one around in the office full-time anymore.

Reservations need to be called in either to 814-927-8125 or call 717-727-3121

Again, our 2026 camping season has come to an end. Thank you all for a great summer and I am sorry for any misunderstandings that anyone has experienced in the last week.

Attention seasonals meters are being read today will start entering tomorrow or Friday so next week watch your emails

If you are moving or leaving a site. All items are to be removed. And lots looking clean by Oct 30th if after that there will be fees till lot is cleaned.

I will be around this weekend If anyone needs to finish up contracts or make payments. Let’s get these done.

We have a list of people wanting to come look at sites. So please get them cleaned up

Today is a sad day. Today is a day of lots of people that were strangers became friends and say their goodbyes for the winter Today is the day that we have said goodbye to Campers that have been here for years
but because of life and children and other things, they are starting new journeys in their life
Will miss you all. We thank you for your time here at Deer Meadows.

I know I have said this a time or two or probably 100 but I’d like to say thank you to all my seasonal Campers and all of our weekend Campers as well without you I wouldn’t have a job that I adore and that I love without a lot of you the things that we have done for this 2026 camping season wouldn’t have been possible I cannot thank you enough in words t
what each and every one of you mean to me

I thank you for the ones who have given their time their support their help to make all these things possible for our kids our families and our loved ones

I hope you all have a safe warm, happy and healthy winter, and that your holiday seasons are filled with much love, joy, laughter, and making memories with loved ones
may the winter season go fast so we all can sit around the fire again as family and friends. I look forward to the 2027 season. I look forward to welcoming new Campers to our Camp Ground family

I will miss you all over the winter Be safe and God bless and thank you for all your help love and support.

Deer meadow family please send plenty of prayers
To our own Mary Jordan (our cow lady ) how everyone loved to go past her camper and enjoying all the cow decor she so enjoyed seeing ones pass and look the lil ones enjoyed it so much she has been hit with incurable cancer and is at home with family needing love n prayers not doing well at all please send a lil message or prayer the family reads them to her we are told not much time so Prayers n the love of all appreciated it all in the good lords hands 💕💋 much love to her family all by her side

Or call and make arrangements if this will not work for you I am flexible and willing to work with you, but I need you to have contact with me if I have no response then I’m presuming that you will be removing your stuff by the end of the month if I have no contract, that means you will be removing your stuff by the end of the month

Looking for a place to spend your summers where you can just bring some food and maybe a little bit of clothes and turn the key and enjoy the entire weekend. No set up no teardown. I’ve got the place to be.
