When you visit make sure to use the 10th street beach access. It’s new and much less of a climb. More ramp and less steps. Just a slightly longer walk, but not much.

All true, the maintenance is unreal. We are on our 3rd set of heat pumps since 2012! Already 2nd pool pump and salt cell on almost new pool. And she’s not even talking taxes and insurance! Just being able to use it as a getaway and being able to share it with special friends makes it all worth it.
