Laughing Grass International is seeking an experienced Culinary Cannabis & Infusion Specialist to join our hospitality team for our January 2027 luxury retreat in Jamaica.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone with professional experience in cannabis edibles, culinary infusion, dosing, and responsible service who can work alongside our culinary team to create a thoughtful and elevated infused dining experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Professional experience producing cannabis edibles and culinary infusions
* Strong knowledge of multiple infusion methods and techniques
* A thorough understanding of potency, dosing, portioning, onset, duration, and cumulative consumption
* Experience creating accurately portioned and consistent infused products
* Knowledge of cannabinoids, terpenes, and their potential effects
* The ability to incorporate infusions into a variety of culinary applications
* Experience working in or alongside a professional kitchen or culinary team
* Strong food-safety, sanitation, organization, and record-keeping practices
* The ability to clearly communicate infusion and dosing information
* Excellent hospitality and guest-service skills
* The ability to work independently without micromanagement
* Professionalism, reliability, discretion, flexibility, and attention to detail
YOUR ROLE IN JAMAICA
Our goal is to offer guests the option of an infused element with every meal while maintaining the quality and integrity of the chef’s original menu.
You’ll collaborate with our culinary team to determine where an infusion makes sense, prepare and manage those infusions, maintain consistency, and help ensure guests understand what they are choosing.
There will be periods when members of our leadership team are off-property accompanying guests on excursions. You must be comfortable taking ownership of the infusion program and working independently alongside the villa’s culinary and hospitality staff.
Successful cannabis hospitality isn’t about making something as strong as possible. It’s about precision, consistency, knowledge, responsible service, and creating an exceptional guest experience.
THE OPPORTUNITY 🇯🇲
This is a working hospitality position within an intimate international retreat.
Travel, luxury accommodations, meals, and retreat-related expenses will be provided for January 23–30. Gratuities and additional compensation details will be discussed with final candidates.
