After 10 years, Nancy and Walter Rudolph were finally able to make their dream into a reality by opening their very own Bed and Breakfast in the small, up-state, New York town of Interlaken. Nestled in wine country and under a mile away from beautiful Cayuga Lake, the Glass Magnolia B&B is perfect for couples or families hoping to get away for a few days, enjoy the surrounding scenery, and taste t

he benefits of delicious homemade and local cuisine. Nancy and Walter met nearly 25 years ago and are married with their two children, Daniel and Victoria. The two met while working together in the catering and event planning business, Wally, a professional chef, and Nancy involved in both office and event management. Walter, or Wally to all that he meets, has been involved in professional cooking for over 30 years, and his passion has always included fine dining, especially in breakfast. Between the two, Nancy and Wally have nearly 45 years of experience in the business, and are thrilled to finally be able to share in their own partnership adding personal touches of cuisine and immense hospitality. Nancy and Wally would like to welcome all to the Glass Magnolia B&B - rooms include special features, including pet-friendly environments, king or queen-size beds, jacuzzi tubs, hand-painted ceilings and murals, private access, and fresh linens and towels changed daily and in abundant supply. Each unique space includes a private, newly renovated bathroom.
