So very true 😁

Fall camping: when you need coffee and a jacket at 7 AM, shorts by noon, and three blankets after sunset. 😂🍂

And somehow… it's perfect.

Who else packs for all four seasons when they camp in the fall?

Why we go camping

To the folks who just showed up in the 43ft $300,000 fifth wheel, that costs double my house, you have a beautiful rig.

~~~~
To the folks who are down in the woods in a 2 man tent, you guys are hard core, awesome setup down there.
~~~~

To the folks who just pulled in with their 1979 C class with more rust than panel. I can only imagine the memories you’ve made in that thing. I bet that dent has a story.

~~~~
To the folks that took that last site that nobody wanted, pulled in, put down the seats in their mini van, and started cooking. Your dinner smells delightful.
~~~~

We all camp differently, and we may not agree on it all, but we have to remember the only thing that matters is memories are being made, and you’re getting 120% out of your time with your loved ones. You have to forget HOW you go camping, and remember WHY you go camping. THAT is camping my friends.

❤️❤️~~~ Enjoy every moment ! ~~~❤️❤️

Lots of good info here for co-existing with bears

The danger from black bears seems to thrive in people's minds. The reality is different. ...Bears that are accustomed to being around people and human establishment tend not to attack people. The bears get used to the activity of the people in a certain area and therefore appear not to fear harm from the residents. Although it is possible for an individual bear to become assertive when accessing peoples food in garbage or bird feeders there is no record of an all out attack from a bear behaving in this way. Many times a bear’s assertiveness is misread as aggression and the bear is killed. When a bear clacks it teeth, exhales heavily through its nose, slaps the ground with its paws, the bear is “asking” the person to leave or give it more space. Rarely does this kind of behavior from a bear result in a injury to a human. Learn more here~http://wiseaboutbears.org/about-us/human-bear-coexistence/
