All sites are 30' by 60' or longer with concrete slab

s up to 1,200 sq. All vehicle sizes and park models are welcome. All sites are full hook ups, serviced by new 30 and 50 amp electric service, provide water and sewer service by MUD. Our streets are wide with curbs and gutters. There are more than 300 neatly trimmed palm trees lining the streets. clubhouse, kitchen, library 24 hour laundry, pool, spa, shuffleboard & petanque courts, dances, lessons, bingo, meals, socials and so much more. Storm came thru Mission and the park, no power. AEP has report of the park, working on restore and hopefully by 11pm. No damage in the park.

It’s that time of year…..Palm tree trimming will be starting this week in PVR, please be aware of equipment on your street and move your car/truck if needed. Please be patient as the crews work and clean up debris. If you have concerns you can call the office, 956-580-2940.

Pleasant Valley Resort, an all-adult community in Mission, Texas, is hiring for the 2026/2027 season. We offer flexible arrival and departure dates, with long-term agreements available. Immediate and winter-season opportunities include general maintenance, landscaping, housekeeping, office support, and Activities Team roles. In exchange for 20 hours per week, compensation includes a site, utilities, and full access to all park amenities and activities. Couples and solo applicants are welcome.
