All sites are 30' by 60' or longer with concrete slab

s up to 1,200 sq. All vehicle sizes and park models are welcome. All sites are full hook ups, serviced by new 30 and 50 amp electric service, provide water and sewer service by MUD. Our streets are wide with curbs and gutters. There are more than 300 neatly trimmed palm trees lining the streets. clubhouse, kitchen, library 24 hour laundry, pool, spa, shuffleboard & petanque courts, dances, lessons, bingo, meals, socials and so much more.
