We are delighted to announce that Jessica Pohl of The Silo Hotel has been named Regional Concierge of the Year at the Society of the Golden Keys of Great Britain and the Commonwealth (Les Clefs d’Or) Concierge Awards, held in London 🗝️

This award recognises a concierge who operates at a consistently high level across every dimension of the role: guest service, leadership, judgement, professional standing, mentoring and contribution to the wider craft.

Jessica’s dedication to creating memorable guest experiences, her example to colleagues and her commitment to the profession make her a true ambassador for The Silo Hotel and for the Les Clefs d’Or community.
