addeck and a relaxed pace for day trips to all other spots on the Island. Here are our room types and rates for double occupancy (not including tax & levy): Suites are $129/night and Balcony Suites are $139/night. Both have two queen-size beds and some of the Balcony Suites are large enough to put in a cot. We also have three Inn Suites in the main building with antique furnishings, two with a four-poster queen-size bed and one with a queen-size sleigh-bed. Rates range from $100-$150/night for our charming Inn Suites. Last but not least are our two Housekeeping Cottages with two bedrooms:
Lynwood Cottage has one queen bed in each bedroom, living room and full kitchen in the heart of the village at $175/night (quad occupancy). Bay Cottage has one queen bed in one bedroom and one queen and one single bed in the other. This is a deluxe waterfront cottage with a living room, dining area, full kitchen and large deck at $250/night (quad occupancy). All of our rooms are non-smoking.
