This week has been a huge milestone for Slate Islands Spirits.
We had a fantastic time working alongside master distiller Stuart, refining the recipe for our very first gin. From carefully selecting botanicals to experimenting with different combinations, every decision was guided by one question:
How do we capture the true spirit of the Slate Islands in a bottle?
Inspired by the rugged coastline, wild landscapes and unique island character, we're getting closer to creating a gin that truly reflects this special place.
There's still a little fine-tuning to do, but we're incredibly excited with the direction we're heading and can't wait to share more of the journey with you.
