Most mornings I get up early and go for a walk. Quickly marching round, headphones in, getting some steps in before work. But today was different. I wasn't in a hurry, I didn't have to get back in time for anything. So I stopped, and looked, and thought about being a visitor to this place I call home. I even sat a while on the sea front, just looking at the sea and taking a breath - then surprised the early dog walkers by having a go on the zip line in the park. They must have thought I was nuts 🤣
