EXPLORE : our final wander in the hills above the Hideaway. Roaming free on the open access land, no footpaths, just one foot in front of the other exploring. A dip in a high lochen for Richard and another beautiful evening sky to be admired.

TALLA NA MARA : a fabulous community run cafe and arts venue located at Nisabost, with unbeatable views 🌊 We enjoyed a delicious lunch at Talla na Mara on our way to the Isle Of Harris Brewery to pick up a selection of their bespoke beers for the welcome hampers.

GLOW : sometimes those little pieces that make a place a home just find you. As we passed through Stornoway we popped into a beautiful interiors shop that opened last year called Isle Inspire, and this light caught my eye. I’ve been looking for the perfect soft light to add to the media unit since we opened. Finally found it ✨ It adds a beautiful glow to Richard’s hand turned bowl.
