Visit Kealakekua Bay where you can go to the Captain Cook Monument and swim with the dolphins & sea turtles. Swim with the Manta Rays at the Shereton Resort or just watch them from Ray's on the Bay just minutes away. Kona coffee farms and many antique shops and small boutiques are right in the area. Local restaurants and coffee shops minutes from the farm. Volcano's National Park is just South and Kilauea the worlds most active volcano is still erupting in 2 locations! Easy trip to see all the Waterfalls near Hilo. Black Sand Beach, Green Sand Beach, South Point, Parker Ranch, Wiapio Valley all just a nice drive away.
