The Inn on Fall River is seeking a dedicated hospitality professional to join our small, family-run team in Estes Park, Colorado. This is a unique, hands-on position that goes far beyond a traditional front desk role. No two days are the same - you’ll assist with guest services, property operations, event support, and day-to-day tasks alongside our close-knit management team.

We pride ourselves on delivering a “next level” guest experience and are consistently rated among the top resorts in Estes Park. With an exciting $14 million expansion project opening this summer, this is an incredible opportunity to be part of a growing luxury hospitality property bordering Rocky Mountain National Park.

What We’re Looking For

We are searching for someone who:
-Takes pride in exceptional customer service
-Is hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented
-Enjoys a fast-paced, team-focused environment
-Brings a positive attitude and strong communication skills
-Wants to contribute ideas and help elevate the guest experience

Hospitality experience is preferred. Experience with weddings, events, or bartending is a plus, as we also operate a wedding venue on property.

Position Details
-Pay: $20–$24/hour depending on experience
-Flexible scheduling available
-Weekends and holidays are required
-Property operates 365 days a year
-Office hours are 8 AM – 8 PM
-Overnight emergency phone coverage required 3–4 nights per week (non negotiable)
