Hello Riders!!

It’s finally feeling like spring! The time is almost here! We do not have word on any early openings yet. Forestry and crews are continuing to monitor. We will report with any updates.

A reminder that county, federal and state forests are closed (light green, dark green and orange on map). You can ride trails outside those forest areas unless noted as closed, you can ride county roads outside the LCO reservation and on county roads within the reservation that are signed and on the map. And you can ride the Tuscobia (trail #10). So you can still ride but planning ahead on the map is needed. Our hopes is for an early opening with the county first when it is seen fit.

In the mean time make sure those machines are ready to start making memories! It won’t be long!

Hello Riders!

Ok it’s not that bad but certainly keep an eye on 😉

Our expected snow showed up! That’s the good news! The bad news, only about 1-2” through the county of fluffy snow, so it wasn’t a huge help. Made it look cleaner out which is more aesthetically pleasing! But not enough for the groomers to run out there. Some groomers will go out here and there and clean up an get a better report if there is one. But not enough accumulation for all groomers to be out. Still snow coverage on many of trails but icy. Thin in the open. Some bare spots. Bare on roads. Lakes are a mix of icy and snow coverage, they are slick. All is certainty rideable, fair at best depending on areas. Ride with caution.
