💰 WEEKLY RATES

• King: $200/week
• Two Queen: $225/week
• King Kitchenette: $250/week
• Family Kitchenette: $275/week

Perfect for college students, family visits, medical professionals, and short-term housing.

Rooms include a microwave and mini fridge, while kitchenettes include an induction stovetop and dishwasher. All rooms are non-smoking, and pet rooms are available with management approval and applicable fees/restrictions.

📅 Winter rates are available November through February. Monthly rates are not available during the March–October high season.

This is a great local place to go, just across Colorado state line in Dove Creek! The shuttle is perfect to have a great night out! The pizza and wings are chefs kiss 🫶

The shuttle will be running for Bangers Birthday Party, happening this Friday the 28th. We want everyone to come and celebrate with us and have a safe ride to and from the party!!
