Spring is finally creeping up the mountain to The Swag, but did you know we have had the garden started for months down in our greenhouse? Look to the right before you turn up our driveway, and you can see our greenhouse. Here the garden team starts seeds, extends the growing season, and is able to grow what we can't at our high elevation (like tomatoes)! Please enjoy this peek behind the scenes, and know that so much love goes into the food we serve and the flowers we cut for our guests.

The beauty of the natural world surrounds us at The Swag! What a gift it is to watch the the sun set, the flowers bloom, the mist roll over the mountains, and the leaves bud and fall through the changing seasons. Today and everyday we are grateful for this planet and inspired to steward, care for, and protect it. Happy Earth Day!
