Spent part of the afternoon at the Open Bree Street today. Such a cool initiative!

Really nice seeing so many people out enjoying the city, especially on a warm winter day like this.

A large part of Bree street was closed to traffic and filled with food & drink stalls, markets, games and people just spending time together.

Spent the morning at the Cape Town Marathon today watching the elite runners come through Company’s Garden.

The wheelchair athletes were especially impressive to watch.

Such a great atmosphere around the city today.

Saturday morning viewings

Started the morning with a viewing at this loft apartment in Woodstock and then somehow ended up walking through the Old Biscuit Mill afterwards.

That’s actually one of the things I like most about Cape Town property. So much of it is about the area and what’s around you, not just the apartment itself.

The market here has moved more than most people realise. And right now, quality properties in Gardens, Oranjezicht, Vredehoek, Tamboerskloof and Higgovale — they’re genuinely hard to find. Buyers are competing for a small pool of good listings.
