We have four restaurants, three 18-hole golf courses, a complete boat marina and the 100-passenger

Breezy Belle paddle boat for public cruises and charters. Breezy offers three large ballrooms, plus breakout rooms for weddings and meeting for groups of 5-400. We have our own Ice Arena and winter weekends are great for hockey tournaments for kids of all ages. Live entertainment is our specialty.

If you were driving by Breezy Point Resort over Memorial Day weekend and found yourself wondering what all the movement is just behind the gates… this is it.

This is Ace Valley.

What you’re seeing is the early transformation of our newest golf experience taking shape from the ground up. Every contour is being carved with precision, every elevation is being dialed in, and the entire routing is being laser-shaped to bring Andy Staples’ vision to life.

Right now it’s raw earth, heavy machinery, and a lot of intentional motion—but beneath that dirt is a completely reimagined par-3 experience in the making. Night play under the lights, template-inspired greens, a social club, a bonus island green, and signature moments that will define the next era of golf at Breezy Point.

If it looked like something big was happening back there this weekend… you weren’t wrong.
