Couple weeks ago hardly any snow. This week snow. Can walk to 1st set of weeds on the point. Luckily tree missed the cabin. Thanks to Dave for the photos 📸

The current weather report is showing a possible 41 inches of snow for the next several days. We are hoping this doesn't impact the grand opening of the spring chainsaw festival we are planning for the week after Easter. This year's lineup is fabulous, including pelican carvings and a carving of Goob 1 and 2.
The current weather pattern is a bizarre event, says one meteorologist from the April issue of Fools Magazine.

Prices do not include MN State & Local Taxes of 7.375% or credit card premium charge of 3.5% if paying by credit card.
Rates are based on two people per cabin (Double Occupancy).
Extra person charge is $50 per week per person or $20 per day per person up to allowable maximums for each cabin.
$100 multiple/consecutive weeks discount, same Cabin/Cottage.
Rates are subject to change based on availability/demand at our discretion.

Early season discount 5/9/2026– 6/13/2026, late season discount 8/15/2026 – October 2026. Rates will fluctuate.
Late and Early season discount applies on weekly rentals only. Inquire for rates.
Discounts might be stacked or combined if a qualified scenario is approved beforehand.

Pets - $100 per pet, per stay, limit 1 pet with prior permission (no exceptions). Pet is allowed only if pet is well behaved, leashed at all times and pet waste/droppings picked up immediately. Pet is not to be left unattended in the cabin/cottage unless placed in a kennel. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Pets that bark all day/night long will not be allowed. Pet owner is responsible for all damages caused by the pet and injury to other guests caused by the pet.

Bedding, Towels, Cabinware - Guests need to bring their own bedding, sheets, pillows, towels, soaps, paper towels, fans etc.
Cabins are supplied with septic safe toilet paper, cookware, pots and pans and glasses, silverware and dinnerware and plates. Each cabin has a charcoal grill, guests responsible for charcoal. Each cabin has a fire pit. Guests responsible for extinguishing flames when not attended. No smoking allowed in any of the cabin interiors or porches, including va**ng, marajuana and to***co. Guests must pickup cigarette waste.

Cancellations must be made 75 days prior to your stay to receive a refund of your deposit less a $100 relisting fee.
