Today we celebrate the WILD — the true heartbeat of Hoedspruit.

Situated between Kruger National Park and Blyde River Canyon, we are proud to be part of a conservation-minded community that values, protects, and respects wildlife.

At Raptors Lodge, nature isn’t simply a backdrop — it’s our way of life. We welcome guests from near and far, inviting them to slow down, reconnect, and fully immerse themselves in our private, bushveld-orientated chalets.

The vervet monkeys keep us on our toes, our resident leguaan reminds us who truly belongs here, and every day brings a gentle tug-of-war between warm hospitality and the untamed bush. Here, we trade traffic for warthogs crossing the road and swap city noise for birdsong — because the magic lies in experiencing it, not escaping it.
