A recent sighting from one of our guest groups, they enjoyed the view of two cheetahs sleeping peacefully from the back of a horse. Now that is something you can only experience in Africa.

Occasionally, the elephants like to come past the lodge and pay us a visit during the evenings and to spoil our guests.
You don’t have to go far to experience the wonders of the bush when your with us, sometimes these wonders come and find you when you least expect it✨

Meet Bombardier, our new lead horse in training.

He’s already shown the bravery and presence needed to stand tall in front of elephants, lions and rhinos. Young, eager and learning fast, he’s the kind of horse that makes even seasoned guides like Philip stop and take notice.

With patience, courage and a touch of natural flair, he is well on his way to becoming our next star lead horse.
